Design and manage discounts for your customers
In PGP, the structure of discounts available to your customers is designed to encourage behaviors that, when adopted, translate into benefits for your business.
In the Discount adjustment results module, you can view the suggested discounts for each client, the optimal net prices for each product–client combination, and the projected financial outcomes from closing the identified gaps.
Just like in the list price module, you can create different scenarios and generate dynamic reports to identify opportunities at the category, price list, product, and specific client level.

Create quotes and manage the approval workflow
With the Quoting Tool (CPQ), you can create personalized quotes for your customers and include as many products as you wish.
When you select a customer or add solutions to the quote, PGP assigns the suggested discounts and prices, but you can edit them if necessary.
If you modify the list price or the suggested discount, PGP will trigger an alert showing the resulting difference in the product’s net price. If this difference exceeds a set threshold, the approval workflow is activated.
The history feature allows you to track all quotes created and provides a summary of quoted values. It also shows the approval status of each quote.
